The Fireside banjo is a light weight, full-length 5-string banjo designed as a travel or practice banjo for the accomplished player. The fretboard of solid Nicaraguan Mahogany has a vibrating string length of 26.5" and 22 frets. The disk diameter is 9.75". The hoop is a resin-impregnated fiberboard manufactured by Remo for hand drums. All tuning pegs have gears for easy tuning. Overall length is 35". Weight 2 lbs.
